At Clothinghunter, we aim to make every step of the shipping process transparent and easy to understand. From the moment your order is placed to the time it arrives at your door, we follow a structured workflow designed to ensure accuracy, product safety, and reliable delivery.
Order Preparation & Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This period allows our team to carefully review order details, confirm payment, inspect product quality, and prepare items for shipment. Each package goes through a final verification step to ensure correctness before it leaves our facility.
Our operating days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted outside business hours are processed on the next available working day. Any order placed after 7:00 PM EST will be included in the following business day’s processing queue to maintain consistent handling standards.
Orders placed on Sundays or recognized holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Extended Processing for Special Orders
Customized or personalized products that include unique text, artwork, or special design requests require additional handling time. These orders may take an extra 1–3 business days to ensure design accuracy and production quality.
Bulk or wholesale purchases exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and production capacity. These orders involve coordination between multiple departments, which may extend processing time.
Same-day processing is only available for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.
Shipping Carriers
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and package requirements. Carrier selection is based on delivery reliability, package size, weight, and transit efficiency.
Shipping Fees
All domestic orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD. This fee supports secure packaging, careful handling, and dependable delivery services. There are no hidden charges or unexpected costs at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier routing, and regional logistics conditions. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier volume surges, or operational disruptions. During peak shopping seasons such as major holidays or promotional events, delivery timelines may be temporarily extended. For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, Clothinghunter does not ship to the following locations:
Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa)
P.O. Boxes
APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
These restrictions are based on current carrier limitations. We continue to explore expanded shipping options as our operations grow.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS, depending on your selected contact method. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package.
During high-volume periods, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the most accurate delivery status.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
National holidays, large-scale sales events, and severe weather conditions can impact carrier operations and delivery timelines. To minimize potential delays, we encourage customers to place holiday orders as early as possible.
