Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Our objective is to give customers a reasonable opportunity to correct order details while ensuring that production remains timely and uninterrupted. Please review the guidelines below carefully so you know exactly what to expect when requesting a change or cancellation.

The 4-Hour Change Window (Strict Policy)

All customers are granted a strict 4-hour window from the moment an order is placed to request any modification or cancellation.

During this short holding period, orders are temporarily paused to allow customers to review and correct details if necessary. Once the 4-hour window expires, the order is automatically released into production and becomes final and non-editable.

Changes Permitted Within the 4-Hour Window

Requests submitted within the allowed timeframe may include:

• Adjusting size
• Changing color or style
• Editing personalized text or custom details
• Replacing uploaded images or design files
• Modifying product type or quantity
• Canceling the entire order
• Updating the shipping address

All requests must be received and confirmed within the 4-hour window to be eligible.

Why the 4-Hour Window Is Non-Negotiable

Once the holding period ends, the order immediately enters production preparation, which may include:

• Reviewing artwork or personalization details
• Preparing printing, embroidery, or engraving instructions
• Reserving materials and product variants
• Assigning the order to the production schedule

At this stage, changes or cancellations can result in production delays, workflow disruption, or material waste. For fairness and consistency, this policy applies equally to all customers without exception.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

If you need to make an adjustment, act immediately. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach our team for urgent requests.

“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] – Change or Cancellation”

Please include the following information in your message:

Full name
Email address used at checkout
Order number
Clear and specific description of the requested change

Examples of Clear Requests

• “Please change the size from M to L.”
• “Please cancel my entire order.”
• “Please update my shipping address to the following: [new address].”
• “I uploaded the wrong image—please replace it with the attached file.”

Requests received after the 4-hour window will be declined, as the order will already be in production.

No Modifications After 4 Hours

Once the flexibility window has passed, orders can no longer be changed or canceled. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Size or color changes
• Design or customization edits
• File or image replacements
• Order cancellations
• Shipping address updates

While we understand errors can occur, this policy ensures fast fulfillment and fair treatment for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. This includes verifying:

• Street name and number
• Apartment, unit, or suite number
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Proper spelling and formatting
• Carrier-recognized addresses (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

Even minor inaccuracies can result in delivery delays or failed shipments.

Incorrect Address Consequences

If a carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Common delivery issues include:

• Insufficient address
• Unknown or invalid address
• Missing unit or apartment number
• Recipient no longer at address

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Clothinghunter is not responsible for replacements or refunds. The order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
