1. Overview
The present standard applies to all purchases placed at https://clothinghunter.com unless a goods listing states otherwise. Cancellation and change rules displayed here are consistent with the payment page and order acknowledgment emails.
2. Withdrawal Rules
Orders may be cancelled or modified before they enter processing. Once processing begins (within 1–2 business days), changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days for same-day cancellation requests.
To request voiding, get in touch with Clothinghunter promptly at support@clothinghunter.com with your order number. Voids are acknowledged by email.
If your booking has already shipped, cancellation is not possible — refer to the send back & payment reversal standard instead.
3. Order Amendment Rules
You may request the following changes prior to your booking dispatch:
Shipping address correction
Item quantity adjustment (subject to stock availability)
Shipping method upgrade or downgrade
Modifications cannot be assured after the order cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or once fulfillment has begun (1–2 business days), based on our policy.
4. Orders in Handling or Shipped
Orders that have entered the fulfillment queue (1–2 business days after payment confirmation; weekends and public holidays are excluded unless stated otherwise) may not be accepted for withdrawal. Address changes after shipment may require carrier intercept tariffs where available and are not always possible.
5. Refunds for Withdrawn Orders
Approved voids get a 100% money back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Our store does not charge void tariffs for bookings voided before carrier handoff unless displayed at the billing step.
6. Partial Line-Item Withdrawals
If only part of an order is voided before shipment, the remaining items ship according to the Shipping rule. Credits for voided line items follow the same payment reversal timeline above.
